Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan your QR code and record straight from their phone browser. No app, account or login required. They'll just need an internet connection through mobile data or Wi-Fi.
What languages are supported?

Your guest page supports 12+ languages. Choose a default and let guests switch between any others you enable. Custom text and questions stay exactly as written.

English, Français (French), Español (Spanish), Deutsch (German), Português (Portuguese), Italiano (Italian), 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese), 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), 日本語 (Japanese), 한국어 (Korean), हिन्दी (Hindi), ਪੰਜਾਬੀ (Punjabi).

How soon can I access my guestbook?
Within minutes of purchasing. We'll email you a secure access link so you can start customizing your guestbook and access your QR code right away.
Can I make changes after printing my QR code?
Yes. Your QR code stays the same even if you update your colours, wording, questions or other guestbook details.
Do you provide signage for the QR code?
Yes. Ready-to-print signage is included with your guestbook. You can also download your QR code and add it to your own signs, menus, place cards or displays.
What if the venue is a bit loud?
Every recording is automatically enhanced to help reduce background noise and make voices sound clearer. In especially loud spaces, audio quality can still vary, so we recommend guests find a quieter spot and speak into the microphone directly when possible for the best result.
How quickly do new messages appear?
Usually within minutes. Once a guest submits a recording, it goes through our automatic audio enhancement process before appearing in your private message library. Some couples play a few during dinner; most save them for the morning after.
How long do you keep our guestbook and recordings?
Your guestbook and stored recordings are available for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. After that, they are permanently deleted from Keepsake Messages, so be sure to download anything you want to keep.
What if I'm not happy with my guestbook?
We voluntarily offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee so you can set up and evaluate your guestbook before using it for your event. Eligible refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase (see terms and conditions for full details).
